Relief and Gratitude

Gratitude : -Receiving state. -Completely turn the day/life around.  -Magnitize attraction. -Accelerates manifesting. -Thank whatever want to multiply. -An abundance state. Relief : -Relief alone without technique can manifest. -Feels like a huge burden/problem solved. -Relaxation/reassurance following relief/stress. -Imagine scenarios that give a feeling of relief and then persist in the feeling ans hold it while expetiencing a wish being fulfilled. Examples : Somethig you had been waiting for have finally come true, a danger/problem was gone/solved, close a sale, found a lost item, passed an exam. -Problem solved. -The thing you were waiting is finally here. -Feel relieved that youve achieved it easily. - Wish fulfilled = Relief, peace, trust, security. -Release of resistance (Doubt/fear/anxiety/stress.). -Attract positive energy. -Letting go of attachment/obsession. -No more struggle and worry. -No need to visualize.  Revision : -Revising interaction with someone can change that person. -Revision can be used to make people forget something or think something never exist. -Certain people find revising the past as the most effective way to manifest. -Can be used to replace asking why bad things happening into good things happening. -Revising the past can be alternative to visualizing the future. -Revision is about forgetting and forgiving. Forgiving means directing towards something. -When revising, dont be consious of things that we try to replace. Instead pay not attention to them at all. Enter the state of being grateful and happy. Persist in this state while feeling that everythint in your life is beautiful. Make sure the inner conversation is compatible with the belief that the wish has been fulfilled. Breathe naturally while affirming "I am (Something that implied the wish has been fulfilled such as I am rich, I am healthy.)" while feeling grateful or relieved. When in the mood to hold breath, hold it while imagining a scene that implies a wish has come true in first person view while feeling grateful or relieved or combine both of them. Release the breath and keep repeating again. After you finished, try to persist in the feeling of already having it throughout the day. When you are about to sleep, dont think anything. There is a high chance the feeling would stuck throughout the sleep.
